If your teacher is interested in organizing a field trip for his/her class to Caltech, then follow this procedure:

• Determine the following details regarding the field trip:
  • preferred date(s)
    number of students
    preferred research subject(s) for labs
    number of labs to visit
    duration for each lab visitation
• Consult with James and John regarding labs to visit.
• Obtain approval from participating lab professors.
• Please send the CCC the following finalized information:
  • name of teacher and school
    date and time of visit
    list of students’ names who are visiting
    duration of visit
    names of professors whose labs they’re visiting
    name and contact info for at least one member of each lab they’re visiting
• We will provide you with release forms.
• Get all signed release forms (parents and students) from teacher and give them to James or John.
• Let students explore Caltech!  Have FUN!  Seriously!!!
